Why was my account restricted — and how do I appeal?
Accounts are restricted for suspected cheating, exploiting bugs, manipulating competitions, fraudulent purchases, or abusing promotions or referrals. Winnly notifies you with a pop-up in the app. To appeal, contact support or the team on the official Discord.
- Suspected cheating or exploiting bugs
- Manipulating competitions
- Fraudulent purchases
- Abusing promotions or referrals — including duplicate accounts
- Other violations of the Terms or Fair Play rules
To appeal, email hello@playwinnly.com or message the team on Discord with your account email. The team can review the player, score and arena data behind the decision — restrictions are reviewable, not final by default.
Additional verification may be requested in certain fraud, compliance or account-review situations.
