Keep it a game
Winnly is built as entertainment: skill-based arenas, player versus player, rewards in gift cards and never in cash. That design removes some of the classic traps — there is no house to beat and no jackpot to chase — but real money and real time are still involved, and both deserve care. This page is the honest version of how to keep Winnly fun, and every way to slow down or step away.
Keeping it fun
It's entertainment, not income
Play Winnly the way you'd play any game: for the competition. Rewards are gift cards, never cash — nobody should be playing to pay a bill, and the design makes that impossible anyway.
Set a budget before you open the app
Pink Coins cost real money and their prices are always visible in the shop before you buy. Decide what the entertainment is worth to you per month, and treat that number as fixed.
There is no "winning it back"
Coins never convert to cash, so chasing a loss can't return money — it can only spend more of it. If you notice yourself buying coins to fix a bad session, that's the moment to stop.
Watch the clock, not just the wallet
Short rounds make it easy to lose an hour. If arenas are eating time you meant to spend elsewhere — sleep, work, people — treat that exactly as seriously as overspending.
Staying in control
No dark patterns here: every option below is real, and the last two come straight from the Terms & Conditions.
Play free, indefinitely
Blue Coins are earned free in the app and enter Blue Arenas — full competition, nothing spent. If money is the part that stops being fun, drop to the free tier and keep playing.
Take a break
Email hello@playwinnly.com and ask us to pause your account for a period you choose. While paused you can't enter arenas or buy coins. Email again when the period ends if you want back in.
Leave entirely
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Be aware of the honest downside, straight from our Terms: unused coins are forfeited and non-refundable — redeem what you've earned first.
18+, verified
Winnly is for adults only. Our Terms restrict play to users 18 or older, and we may request proof of age at any time. If you know a minor is playing, tell us and we'll act on it.
A quick self-check
Nobody answers these perfectly. But the more of them that are true, the more seriously the answer below deserves your attention.
- Do you spend more on Pink Coins than you decided you would?
- Do you hide how much you play, or how much you spend, from people close to you?
- Have you bought coins to try to fix a losing session?
- Do arenas regularly cost you sleep, work, or time you meant to spend with people?
- Do you feel irritated or restless when you can't play?
- Have you sworn off the app and then binged on your return?
- Does playing feel like relief from something rather than fun?
- Have hobbies you used to enjoy quietly disappeared since you started?
If several of those hit home
Step away first — pause or delete your account using the options above — and talk to someone. For gaming that has stopped feeling like a choice, Computer Gaming Addicts Anonymous runs free peer support meetings, online and in person. A conversation with a doctor or therapist is never a wrong move. And if you just want us to make the app harder for you to come back to, email hello@playwinnly.com — that request will be taken seriously, not upsold.
