Can I cancel a redemption?
No. Once a redemption is placed it cannot be cancelled — so double-check the gift card brand and the amount before you confirm.
This includes redemptions that are still pending: a card waiting on supply is already on its way to you and cannot be recalled or swapped for a different brand.
If something is actually wrong with a delivered card, contact support — that is a different situation from wanting to undo a choice.
