How long does a gift card take to arrive?

Normally up to one hour. The gift card is delivered directly inside the Winnly app — not by email. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, that is the point to contact support.

Winnly works with official gift card suppliers, and occasionally there is a short delay because a card is temporarily out of supply. In that case the redemption stays pending until the card becomes available and can be delivered — it is queued, not lost.

  1. 01Give it up to an hour — most cards arrive well within that.
  2. 02Still pending? Restart the app so the balance and redemption status re-sync.
  3. 03Past 24 hours: email hello@playwinnly.com with your account email and the redemption in question, or reach the team on Discord.
